Philip Neufeldt is a Paris based creative director & photographer with more than 15 years of experience in building strong brand identities while ensuring brand consistency aimed at multi-cultural audiences. Nurturing a deep understanding of the consumers in a digital age and a passion for storytelling through video and photography, Philip combines strong analytical and executive skills to develop locally relevant creative strategies across all consumer touch-points, with proven records of maximizing business performances.

Philip currently serves as a jury member at the prestigious ADC (Art Director’s Club New York) and the Pentawards (the leading global packaging award). He was also a jury at Fotografiska in Stockholm as well as Lebook Paris & London and held recently a guest lecture at l’ESSEC business school on art direction.

Philip grew up in Germany and studied graphic and product design in Italy and in the US. He moved to Paris in 2006. Before joining the Estee Lauder Companies in 2016, he worked as a creative director in publishing.

In 2006, while working full time as an art director in Paris, he pursued his passion for photography by assisting photographers during his nights and weekends before shooting tests for model agencies. Around 2010, he started shooting his first editorials and shortly after the first campaigns followed.

To this day Philip continues to shoot portraits, fashion or reportage images for publications, clients or for personal projects.
