Philip Neufeldt is a Paris-based Creative Director with over 15 years of experience shaping global brands through culturally relevant storytelling, design, and content. His work sits at the intersection of creativity and strategy, translating consumer insights into compelling brand experiences across campaigns, content, packaging, retail, and digital platforms.

Currently leading creative direction for a portfolio of beauty brands across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Russia and India, Philip is known for building distinctive visual identities while maintaining brand consistency across diverse markets and audiences. His approach combines strategic thinking, strong visual storytelling, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior to create work that resonates culturally and drives business impact.

Alongside his creative leadership role, Philip maintains an active photography practice, producing portrait, fashion, and documentary work for editorial, commercial, and personal projects. His background as both a creative director and image-maker informs a multidisciplinary perspective that bridges concept, craft, and execution.

Philip serves as a jury member for the Art Directors Club (ADC) New York and the Pentawards, and has previously contributed as a juror for Fotografiska and LeBook. He is also a guest lecturer and frequent speaker on creative direction, branding, and visual culture. (Essec, Istituto Marangoni…)

Originally from Germany, Philip studied design in Italy and the United States before relocating to Paris, where he has been based since 2006.
